On Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Killeen Police Detectives and with the assistance of the United States Marshals Service-Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, located and apprehended Madden without incident in the 3300 block of Stan Schlueter Loop.
