Bell County Safe School Program
The function of the Bell County Safe School Program is to create a one-stop center for all aspects of school safety. The safe school program keeps schools safe by creating a proactive dialogue with students, parents, school staff and law enforcement about personal and school safety. The program will provide students with a safe and anonymous way to report crime and potential dangers on campus.
The Governor, as part of his school safety program, and the Texas Legislature, have said that schools have to provide a way to “anonymously” report bullying on campus. The only way to anonymously report any suspicious activity on campus is for the information to go through a Safe Schools/Crime Stoppers program.
