Killeen Police needs your help identifying this man

On Monday, December 6, 2018, the Killeen Police Department received information that the victim’s food allotment card was stolen and used without their permission at several business locations in the area. Through the investigation, detectives were able to get a photo of the suspect that used the card at the Wal-Mart, located at 1400 Lowes Blvd. in Killeen.

The suspect is described as a black male, last seen wearing a black Chicago Bulls shirt, gray shorts, long black socks, white shoes, a gold chain, a black cap, and sunglasses.
