On Friday, August 27, 2021, it was reported to the Killeen Police Department that the male seen in this photo was observed inside a business using a reported stolen credit card to make a purchase without permission.
The black male was accompanied by a black female who is also seen inside the same business waiting for the suspect to complete his purchase. The black female in the photo is sitting next to the purse that belongs to the person who reported the credit card stolen.
