It was reported to the Killeen Police Department that the victim had their vehicle stolen in Harker Heights and the suspect seen in these photos used the victim’s debit card that was left inside the vehicle. The suspect used the debit card to make a purchase at the Shell Gas Station located at 1600 N. Roy Reynolds Drive.
The male in these photos was seen on video surveillance making the purchase.
